One-time $29, paid securely through Stripe. Nothing is written until payment clears. Your result stays available for 7 days, then it is deleted from our servers.

What you get: a sample

The executive summary from the free coffee shop example; the paid plan has all ten sections.

Ridgeline Coffee is a 28-seat specialty coffee shop opening in a 1,100-square-foot corner unit two blocks from the Maple Street commuter station, where 4,200 riders board on a weekday morning and the nearest specialty coffee is an eleven-minute walk. The founders, a former café manager with nine years in the trade and a bookkeeper, are investing $85,000 of their own money and requesting a $120,000 term loan to cover build-out, equipment, and four months of operating reserve. The plan projects $412,000 in first-year sales at an average ticket of $7.40 and 152 tickets per day, reaching monthly break-even in month seven and a 9% net margin in year two.

Questions

Will a bank accept this?

It is written in the ten-section structure lenders and the SBA expect, with the financial arithmetic shown. Whether it is accepted depends on your numbers, not the format. The "verify" list tells you which figures to source before you submit.

Does it make up market data?

No. If you do not give a figure, it tells you what to look up and where. Invented statistics are the fastest way to lose a loan officer.

Can I edit it?

Yes. You get Word and PDF. Most people edit the financial tables in Word after checking the numbers.

What if the answers are thin?

The plan will be thin too, and it will say so. Run it once to see the gaps, fill in your answers, and run it again ($29 each run).
